Audit Supervisor

• Plan and execute audit procedures in accordance with professional standards and firm policies
• Perform financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for not-for-profit organizations and privately held businesses
• Prepare and review workpapers and financial statements
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Review and analyze client financial statements and related documents
• Identify and communicate accounting and reporting issues to clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• CPA license or in the process of obtaining one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to join our team remotely or in the LA area. This is a full-time position that will focus on auditing not-for-profit organizations and privately held businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit procedures and be able to manage client relationships effectively.

• Experience working with not-for-profit organizations and privately held businesses is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
