ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

Description

• Direct daily project activities, managing production, scheduling, safety, quality control, and administration while reporting to the Superintendent.
• Develop comprehensive project plans following Corbins Project Plan Development Guidelines.
• Execute production tracking for assigned construction projects.
• Coordinate with Field Support teams (Purchasing, Prefabrication, Virtual Construction) to maintain project flow.
• Promote Corbins positively with customers, trade partners, subcontractors, and industry professionals.
• Resolve escalated field issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify prefabrication opportunities and create project kitting plans.
• Read and interpret blueprints and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
• Maintain an OSHA‑30 card (training provided if needed).

Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman with a strong electrical background to oversee the daily operations of assigned projects. The role thrives in a fast‑paced environment, fostering collaboration among field support teams, subcontractors, and industry professionals.

This position is safety‑sensitive; all applicable policies, including drug testing and background checks, will apply. The job may involve physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching, walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, climbing, and operating vehicles or equipment.

• Apply 5+ years of electrical construction experience, including NEC, local codes, and OSHA standards.
• Communicate effectively and solve problems on‑site.
