Contribute to the planning and delivery of marketing activity, supporting strategic objectives and day-to-day campaign execution
Capture and edit professional photography and video content for use across digital and offline channels
Create and publish engaging blog and social media content in line with the content strategy and campaign plans
Support internal communications by helping deliver clear, consistent messaging across departments
Prepare marketing reports and campaign analysis for team review
Carry out general marketing administration to support the smooth running of the team’s activity
Manage HubSpot marketing database and support the creation and distribution of email campaigns
Ensure all content and materials are brand-aligned and contribute to a cohesive, professional brand image

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor tone and messaging across channels
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities
Highly organised and self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Creative and visually minded, with an eye for layout, branding, and content that performs
Commercially aware, with a good understanding of audience, brand positioning and campaign goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM and CMS platforms such as HubSpot and WordPress is desirable.
Confident in capturing and editing high-quality photography and video content for digital marketing use
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and proofreading ability
A degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field is preferred, but not essential with relevant experience
Skilled in using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
