Prepares scopes and fees for projects requested by the Project Manager or Client for ultimate review by the Landscape Architectural Service Leader.
Builds increasing skills in Client management.
Assists the Landscape Architectural Service Leader in training GLDs with standards.
Often self-produces graphics, plans, specifications for the scope of work.
Leads construction administration scopes of services for the scope of services proposed.
Reviews planned submittals to Client or PM for completeness.
Leads project meetings with staff, clients, & regulatory agencies.
Coordinates efforts of Graduate Landscape Designers (GLD) to assist in the production of work as needed.

This position is for a professional with Landscape Architecture experience
Shows clear mastery in preparing basic hardscape, grading, planting and irrigation graphics, plans and illustrations using both digital and hand drawn formats.
Track record of successful management of landscape architectural scopes of work within a larger project.
Demonstrated proficiency of common software required to lead a small team of professional landscape designers.
Experience preparing invoices for clients and writing proposals.
A positive leadership and mentor ethic.
Careful dedication and attention to organization and processes.
7+ years of professional experience.
Shows a clear design methodology that results in creative, sound solutions to a given problem.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university with a degree in Landscape Architecture.
Strong freehand illustration and computer rendering skills.
Registered Landscape Architecture License preferred or ability to obtain within one (1) year of employment.
