Provide advice to colleagues on risk management, compliance and associated behaviours, to ensure adherence to Arcadis’ risk and compliance processes
Will manage the delivery of cost management in a mix of small / medium sized Health / Education / Laboratory developments or significant components of larger cost management assignments

Share knowledge and provide insightful recommendations to assist service improvement and innovation
Manage relationships and collaborate with clients and external stakeholders, in order to ensure client satisfaction and create new business opportunities
Working as part of and managing a team alongside members of the Cost & Commercial Management Career family to manage and deliver projects
Work within established financial systems and budgets to produce reports and forecasts and track budgets, overseeing costing and variances in order to manage and control cost variables
Interact effectively and proactively across the organisation, seeking to develop ways to support collaboration with the cost management function, and applying technical knowledge to ensure projects/programmes can be delivered to meet cost expectations
Responsible for delivering their scope of work in line with various controls, and will have significant technical knowledge and experience in their field
Present any project risks or issues to senior managers to ensure the project is not adversely impacted
Deliver a portfolio of cost projects and assignments or significant components of larger assignments, ensuring appropriate use of resources and budgets to deliver the required scope of work within set deadlines
Use own knowledge and experience combined with research of industry best practice to analyse existing processes and policies
Provide specialist technical advice to senior management on issues relating to cost/commercial management, providing solutions and actively sharing knowledge in order to support successful delivery
Evaluate and review a range of data and documents to collate key themes and trends, using this analysis in conjunction with own knowledge to provide advice and make recommendations to support cost and commercial management decision-making
Assist in the coaching and development of other team members in order to share knowledge, increase team skill level and improve the standard of service delivery

The candidate has ideally worked on ProCure 22 / ProCure 23 projects or other routes to market for capital works
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Capable of taking a project through from inception to completion
Experience of coaching and mentoring more junior colleagues and emerging leadership skills
Experience of working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationships
Relevant professional qualification or chartered status
CSCS card holder
Health Sector Experience desirable
Demonstrable understanding of clients key objectives within the appropriate sector
Experience in managing business relationships at middle-management level
