Description

The Inside Sales Representative, also called an Equipment Rental Specialist, serves as the frontline for telephone and walk‑in customers, assessing equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing orders. The role requires strong administrative abilities and a consistently professional attitude.

Requirements

• Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime
• Hold a high school diploma or GED (required)
• Hold a valid driver’s license (required)
• Be familiar with various construction and industrial tools and equipment
• Possess previous equipment rental industry experience
• Demonstrate strong customer service and telephone skills
• Exhibit solid computer and administrative abilities
• Complete the DOT Qualification process (preferred)
• Speak Spanish or another language fluently (preferred in some locations)

Base pay ranges from $20.31 to $24.12 hourly, with rates varying by location, education and experience.
