- Be the key stakeholder at sprint reviews to support the Agile Team reaching their goals
- Lead team to identify inorganic growth targets, and support process through M&A or brand label process. Support on request in inorganic growth activities
- Work closely with the Product Owners of various Agile Teams and the relevant Agile Unit Leaders
- Manage the solution/product harmonization across the Agile Units
- Monitor, evaluate and report the annual business planning, definition of performance targets, forecasting volume trends as well as target setting and costs
- Ensure the performance of the assigned portfolio across the Agile Units (Solutions / Product Platform) in transitional collaboration with the GPG Portfolio Manager to
