Perform geotechnical calculations and analyses for seepage, slope stability, shallow and deep foundations, retaining structures, and tieback anchors.
Conduct site reconnaissance and execute subsurface investigations to support design work.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Prepare technical reports, design and construction drawings, specifications, and other documentation.
Assist with dam safety inspections and other field evaluations.
Plan subsurface exploration programs and laboratory testing investigations.
Provide technical support during the construction phase of projects.

Master’s or PhD with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering.
Domestic travel required (~15%).
Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within 1–2 years.
U.S. employment authorization.
Experience with geotechnical analysis software such as GeoStudio, STABL, SLIDE, or LPILE.
Experience with FEM/FDM software such as PLAXIS 3D, Midas 3D, or FLAC3D.
2–15 years of relevant geotechnical experience (Master’s counts as 1 year; PhD counts as 2 years).
Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and teamwork skills.
Programming or scripting skills for engineering applications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
