Consistently monitor Food and Beverages being served and service quality, escalating any major problems/complaints to Management
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies
Monitor duty roster for the team
Upsell food and beverages to maximize revenues
Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness
Ensure that an effective link is maintained between kitchen and service areas
Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP’s
Work towards the timely set up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours
Ensure colleagues are working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met.
