• Type and file property‑related reports.
• Assist with rent collection, bank deposits, and general errands as needed.
• Support resident retention activities.
• Perform routine physical tasks such as walking, bending, and climbing stairs.

Requirements

The Leasing Consultant performs a variety of administrative tasks aimed at achieving maximum occupancy by quality residents and carries out other functions as assigned by the Community Manager. Consistent attendance is essential because it directly impacts workflow, communication, and the ability to perform duties effectively.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced real‑estate training and leasing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
