In partnership with the SVP of Property Management, Asset Management and Financial Reporting, reduce operating expenses, oversee annual budgets, monitor financial performance, analyze projections, and implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize profitability.
Coordinate the RFP process and support the site teams on tenant improvement construction projects and capital improvements as required.
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers, including contract negotiation and procurement processes.
Mentor and create opportunities for team members to learn, develop and take on new and different opportunities in the property management space.
Support Leasing, Asset Management & SVP Property Management in providing input on potential acquisitions and assist in the disposition process.
Support the leasing brokers to ensure the lease process meets Ownership objectives and that all spaces are in show condition.
