Collaborate with the Project Team to expertly develop the construction schedule, to communicate critical path procurement timelines, and to turnover ownership of equipment order management.
Validate equipment vendor pricing, upholding the highest standards of accuracy.
Thoroughly analyze mission-critical MEP specifications and drawings to accurately understand project needs and overall basis of design.
Effectively manage diverse inputs from various stakeholders, ensuring cohesive collaboration to achieve positive results for both EGC and the client.
Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of equipment in a competitive mission-critical market.
Clearly and concisely communicate procurement status, updates, and decisions to the client, including them on key decisions impacting their project or program.
Execute additional duties assigned, showcasing adaptability and commitment to excellence in mission-critical preconstruction management.
Generate and conduct RFPs involving a large supply base for a variety of mechanical, electrical, or other types of equipment.
Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key suppliers, leveraging strategic partnerships to drive project success.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise. Implement and manage KPIs and vendor scorecards.
