The Accounts Receivable Supervisor leads a team to analyze and submit invoices while providing visibility to service line stakeholders. The role interacts with multiple levels of Finance and business‑facing team members across the organization.
The supervisor manages and develops staff to handle complex account reconciliations, proactively identifies process deficiencies, and suggests improvements, including potential automations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining PowerBI and Alteryx process flows, reviewing invoice submissions, driving remediation with internal partners and customers, and facilitating collectability assessments and reporting on service line AR.
The role requires a college degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, and at least three years of professional A/R experience with a solid understanding of accounting treatment and subledger‑to‑ledger interdependencies. Candidates should have one to three years of management experience, knowledge of GAAP and SOX, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with PowerBI and Alteryx workflows. Travel up to 5% may be required.
