Senior Planners will lead and manage strategic initiatives, align projects with regulatory requirements and budgets, and set policy direction for sustainable development. They will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct demographic and environmental research, facilitate public meetings, and produce GIS‑based maps, master plans, and entitlement drawings. Project management duties include budgeting, scheduling, proposals, and billing, while also mentoring junior staff.
