- Guide internal teams and consultant partners through all phases—schematic design, design development, documentation, and construction administration.
- Negotiate and manage project contracts while ensuring compliance with terms and maintaining favorable outcomes for the firm.
- Mentor and inspire team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Implement quality assurance processes, reviewing deliverables, monitoring construction, and ensuring adherence to codes, regulations, and standards.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
- Contribute to business development efforts by strengthening client connections and identifying new opportunities for CJ+C.
- Lead and manage projects of varying sizes and complexities, from planning to close-out.
- Anticipate risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges, ensuring smooth project execution.
