Senior Stakeholder Manager

Description

The role offers the chance to work on the delivery of major sports stadiums and related projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is delivering a programme that requires high‑calibre, experienced professionals to lead teams through each project phase. The position provides leadership in stakeholder‑management services across commissions and is open to Saudi nationals only.

• Support specialist functions within stakeholder management on assigned commissions.
• Design and implement stakeholder management frameworks and strategies.
• Manage and direct clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on stakeholder matters.
• Partner with clients to meet expectations and build strong professional relationships.
• Advise the project team on stakeholder and communications standards, risk, issue, and performance reporting.
• Facilitate periodic reporting and structured governance meetings.
• Develop and track functional management strategies, plans, processes, tools, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the stakeholder and communications director or project manager to identify actions, opportunities, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure all activities comply with Mace control centre, client requirements, and relevant regulations, policies, and legislation.
• Provide line management, mentorship, and career development for junior staff and other project personnel.
• Integrate the stakeholder function with all relevant disciplines.
• Support resourcing and recruitment for the assigned commission alongside the hub stakeholder and communications director.
• Contribute to net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing carbon emissions during delivery.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and training to individuals.
• Organise and manage meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on recommendations within specified timeframes.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or management.
• Be a Saudi national meeting the required visa criteria for work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Have experience in stakeholder management on large‑scale projects.
• Possess knowledge of communication and negotiation principles and tools.
• Demonstrate ability to develop communication plans and assess stakeholder impact on projects.
• Proficient in the use of applicable computer programs.
