Maintain strong relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, evaluating performance through a regular business review cycle and constant KPI monitoring
Lead development and execution of marketing strategies for vehicle protection and insurance products
Lead selection and onboarding of partners for vehicle insurance, extended warranty, GAP, pre-paid maintenance service, and other protection products
Ensure seamless integration of F&I and insurance products into the Scout Motors digital retail platform and checkout process
Partner with the Marketing team on creative development and messaging for product launches, promotions, and lifecycle communications
Develop and execute a roadmap for product readiness, including systems, training, and partner support
