Participate in preconstruction activities including contract review, scopes of work, budgeting, and schedule development.
Provide regular project reporting to senior management.
Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of critical materials and systems.
Process and track change orders, RFIs, submittals, and related documentation.
Support and oversee superintendents, assistant project managers, and field staff.
Coordinate with ownership, design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal staff to align on project goals.
Lead or contribute to weekly progress meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams.
Maintain and update project schedules using MS Project and Procore.
Manage day-to-day project delivery for large-scale, ground-up high-rise developments.
