You will be responsible for growing the lettings portfolio, building long‑term relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring properties meet health and safety standards. The role also involves generating new and repeat business, canvassing the local area and supporting colleagues during the manager’s absence.
At haart Estate Agents Walthamstow we are seeking a confident, goal‑oriented Assistant Branch Manager to help drive the success of our Walthamstow branch in East London. In this role you will support the Branch Manager with day‑to‑day operations, motivate the team and deliver strong results across lettings, sales and client relationships.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong customer service, leadership experience, and the ability to work independently. They must possess excellent telephone manners, solid IT skills with basic Microsoft packages, meticulous attention to detail and a good understanding of residential lettings legislation.
Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence, be legally entitled to work in the UK and provide proof of right to work, address and National Insurance. A driver’s licence check will be performed as part of the recruitment process, which may be conducted via video interview.
