As part of our Transmission Project Development Team, you’ll provide technical expertise on transmission lines projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and Design & Construction Delivery Partners to ensure successful project outcomes. Your specialist knowledge of transmission line structures, foundations and construction will help drive efficient, future-focused solutions across brownfield and greenfield projects.

Technical Expertise – Civil, Structural or Electrical engineering project experience around electricity networks and transmission lines
Project Leadership – Strong understanding of lifecycles, design, construction, and regulatory compliance
Software - PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and TOWER design software Proficiency
Team Development – Proven capability in coaching, mentoring, and leading project teams
Communication Skills – Ability to simplify complex engineering analysis for non-engineers
Industry Involvement – Engineers Australia membership (or equivalent) preferred; regular local travel required
Licensing – Full driver’s license and Registered Engineer in Victoria (RPEV) – or eligibility
Engineering Qualification – Tertiary degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
Stakeholder Engagement – Ability to build relationships across divisions and with external partners
