Description

• Collaborate with team members on specific projects or tasks.
• Carry out assigned tasks and work with managers to resolve related issues.
• Document outcomes and problem resolutions.
• Champion an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) environment.
• Follow safety guidelines, wear PPE, and stay aware of surroundings.
• Attend and participate in toolbox talks and provide safety input.
• Comply with proper safety procedures.
• Ask questions to learn, avoid unsafe situations, and be a team player.
• Communicate effectively with co‑workers.
• Solve problems involving specific variables in standardized situations.
• Exert heavy physical effort, handling objects up to 50 lb.
• Navigate the job site safely.

Requirements

• Acquire practical experience to supplement academic coursework.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program and have prior work experience.
• Basic Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, etc.).
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and Haz‑mat information.
• Follow written, oral, or diagram instructions using common sense.
