The Warehouse Associate II supports White Cap’s distribution network by ensuring efficient inventory movement and timely order fulfillment, working both inside the warehouse and in the yard.

Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
Receive, count, and record incoming shipments in the system.
Lift and transport materials up to 50 pounds within the warehouse and yard.

Require 2–5 years of relevant warehouse experience (preferred).
Forklift certification and prior forklift experience required.
Proficiency with hand and power tools and strong attention to detail.
