Route qualified opportunities to the Engineering Sales Team members for further development.
Function in a sales environment with a heavy focus on fostering, developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers.
Perform market analysis to identify, develop and source sales prospects/leads for marketing campaigns.
Perform outbound lead follow-up, including cold calls, to prospective and existing customers to qualify opportunity leads and upsell products and services.

Must be self-motivated and self-directed, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Ability to solve practical problems where limited standardization exists.
High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field preferred.
4+ years Technical sales or related experience with proven track record, including outbound call prospecting, lead nurturing and sales conversion.
Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to develop new sales prospects and drive customer engagement, sales pipeline development and revenue growth.
Knowledge of MS Office software is required, Salesforce CRM is a plus.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly and effectively present information, including features and benefits, to new prospects, existing clients, channel partners and other stakeholders.
