Monitor and handle incoming service calls, as well as support reception cover.
Maintain project files and ensure compliance with company policies.
Keep projects running smoothly by coordinating paperwork, processing timesheets, and preparing reports.
Support technicians and account managers with day-to-day admin tasks.
Organise office operations, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Work closely with accounts and payroll to process weekly timesheets.

Traineeship available! Complete a Certificate III in Business Administration while gaining hands-on experience.
Strong communication and organisational skills. (Experience in admin or electrical industry is a bonus—but not essential!)
