- Lead structural engineering on diverse building projects, from small to large scale.
- Provide technical input and develop structural design solutions ensuring constructability.
- Mentor junior staff through training and knowledge sharing on design methods.
- Communicate complex technical solutions to clients and present findings.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress.
- Perform quality control reviews and approve work produced by others.
- Contribute to technical proposals, including cost and schedule estimates.
- Review permitting agency standards and client design standards for compliance.
- Organize workload independently while collaborating with project teams.
- Participate in professional development, training, and leadership programs.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Structural Engineering.
- Maintain U.S. citizenship as required for the role.
- Demonstrate recent experience with buildings and facilities design projects.
- Proficient in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP, RAM Elements, or RISA.
- Possess AutoCAD and Revit skills, highly desirable.
- Preferably have 10 years of experience on large, complex structural building projects.
- Work on a hybrid model requiring two days per week in the Atlanta office.
