Description

As a Marketing Representative you will promote and sell franchise services within an assigned territory, aiming to meet or exceed sales goals. The role involves systematic prospecting, regular customer outreach, clear communication of estimates, and diligent follow‑up to ensure jobs are completed to or above customer expectations.

• Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
• Generate revenue through effective consultative, objective‑to‑objective marketing.
• Build, maintain, and service a “top 25 client” list; deliver lunch‑and‑learns and promote education courses.
• Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business.
• Adhere to safety guidelines while in the office and traveling, and promote these standards.
• Build brand awareness, promote the “One Team” culture, and contribute to community service.
• Communicate clearly with genuine interest in people; ask open‑ended questions and convey the brand message.
• Identify and maximize relationship opportunities to create win‑win situations for clients and the business.
• Comfortably set up and run appointments, educational classes, and community events in group settings.
• Learn and develop new professional skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Serve the community in times of need through servant‑based leadership.
