Prior industry experience in an AECO organization.
Strong Computer Science fundamentals, with a proficiency in either Python, C#, Javascript.
Strong communications skills and teamwork experience.
Currently pursuing a Masters or PhD degree in Construction, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, AI/ML or related fields.
Prior experience building AI agents, knowledge graphs, and MCPs.
Experience with programming 3D graphics frameworks and APIs.
Computational or generative design experience.
Experience with web development frameworks (eg. Three.js, react)
Experience with Large Language Models, Knowledge Graphs, and Agentic Frameworks.
Very strong technical skills in building rapid software prototypes
Creative, flexible and enjoy working with new technology in a research setting.
Solid understanding of Construction and AECO workflows. Basic knowledge of Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud or other construction management platforms.
Experience with modern generative AI tools and frameworks (eg. GPT, Claude, etc.)
