To liaise with the vendors for maintenance/service practices of M&E contactors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.
To ensure that all maintenance related schedules & shut down in consultations with OEM & Accenture are followed.
Ensure all PM work orders in 360 facility tool/ Archibus are closed and escalate in case of any deviation. Track and close all builder related queries in QMS on monthly basis.
Daily inspection of log books, history card, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules etc. for a better management of engineering systems
Follow up for assigned PO, work completion as per PO until invoice submission.
To maintain consistency on agreed SLA & KPI.
To manage and control all critical spares for all installations as per manufacturer recommendations and inventory
To carry out all engineering & operational procedures
To participate during emergency evacuation procedure and manage all health & safety issues. 1Prepare and collate data related to vendor performance and escalate as required.
Ensure proper functioning of the following system in the facility
To ensure and guide the technical staff attends & work for closures for all F&S technical related issues in the facility.
Ensure all the mandatory trainings are conducted as per schedule and track for attendance.
Conduct interview for M&E new joiners.
Coordinate with AEM for collating all R&M requirements quarterly basis.
Ensure proper usage & functioning of e-fit facility tool (IMT, VMT, Sites ops modules, Site Inspection Tool) as per defined scope.
Coordinate for execution of works related to IC requests without escalations.
