Take full ownership of warranty claim deliverables, including hardware, financial and commercial outputs, dispute resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Manage claims under Sulzer’s Global Claims Management Process, ensuring timely execution and cost efficiency.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to achieve successful claim resolutions.
Drive continuous improvement, digitization, and automation within the warranty function.
Initiate root cause investigations, validate claims, and protect Sulzer’s contractual and financial position.

Ideally you will have experience in claims management, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Commercial acumen and ability to act independently.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office.
