Design visuals to communicate construction concepts effectively to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

5+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or related discipline.
Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to facilitate the storyboard process.
Familiarity with BIM/VDC tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) preferred.
Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.
Strong grasp of graphic design principles, including layout, formatting, hierarchy, and visual clarity to ensure all visuals are both functional and professionally presented.
Ability to help teammates learn, grow and develop their professional skills
Willingness to learn, grow, and further develop relevant professional skills
Strong understanding of construction processes, site logistics, and safety considerations.
Support BIM/VDC integration for logistics planning; experience with Revit or similar tools is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Graphic Design or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Adobe Illustrator; strong graphic design and visualization skills.
Security and stability of a consistent top 20 ENR contractor.
