- Être titulaire d'un baccalauréat en génie civil;
- Posséder un permis de conduire classe 5 valide.

- Être autonome et avoir un bon esprit d'équipe;
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement de son équipe et des relations;
- Posséder 10 ans d'expérience pertinente;
- Maîtriser les logiciels Autocad, Ms Project, Projest (un atout);
- Identifier les besoins, les objectifs, les enjeux, les priorités, les ressources requises et les échéanciers;
- De développer tes compétences, évoluer au sein de l'équipe et même voir à l'international;
- Des vacances basées sur tes expériences de travail;
