  • Preparation and management of the Annual Budget process
  • Must work across organization boundaries and all levels of the company to achieve objectives.
  • Provides unsolicited consultation, interpretation and education of complex financial and operational matters to various departmental leaders used to drive business decisions.
  • Ensures proper accounting in accordance with US GAAP as well as local statutory requirements.
  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, AR, AP, GL, and Cost Accounting
  • Implements best practices across finance team, e.g., process improvements, financial modeling and procedures changes.
  • Integrates and trains new staff while leading the continued professional development of the supporting team.
  • Recommend benchmarks that will be used to measure the efficiency and performance of our facilities. This includes developing and monitoring financial performance metrics. Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions.
  • Implement rigorous cost control measures and conduct regular cost analyses to identify areas for improvement. Optimize resource allocation to enhance profitability.
  • Review and evaluate new opportunities and related contract terms to ensure alignment with the Company’s risk profile and financial and strategic goals.
  • Partners with Vice President and senior management to provide a strategic and proactive approach to financial planning to develop the Company’s short and long-term goals.
  • Monitor and implement internal controls (in conjunction with corporate policies) as necessary to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets, and identify risks.
  • Manage the monthly revenue recognition and cost projection process (CAC reviews) with the Operations Manager(s) and Corporate Finance.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience with larger ERP systems and financial reporting tools; Oracle preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business-related field
  • CPA preferred.
  • Effective leader with excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and a team player.
