Managing requirements of multiple system/product programs from inception to destruction.

Developing and advancing internal documentation processes, procedures and standards.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
Have the ability to interpret Aerospace specifications, standards and drawings.
Have good knowledge of system verification and validation techniques.
Be Degree or equivalent qualified in an Engineering discipline, preferably in Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical subjects.
Have significant Aerospace Systems development background.
Have knowledge of sector quality management processes such as AS9100, GRESS, APQP.
Be comfortable working in an environment with high expectations for quality, on-time delivery, and deadlines.
Have knowledge of environmental test requirements such as DO160 & Mil Std 810.
Have excellent attention to detail.
