Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Bentley products (Microstation/GEOPAK/ORD, ProjectWise, StormCAD), Bluebeam Revu and Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) modeling
Good decision-making skills, flexibility, focus on quality, and attention to detail
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Ability to work independently and take the initiative to perform tasks
8+ years of progressive experience in drainage studies and water resources design for transportation infrastructure projects
Excellent communication skills
Illinois Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within six (6) months
Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) is preferred but not required
