Work with Element Labs and Credit team to ensure each piece of the journey meets customer expectations
Conduct calls to support customers during onboarding
Issue and adapt welcome packs for all customers
Serve as first point of contact for customer onboarding queries within the Credit team
Manage transition of customers to the Credit team after onboarding
Set up new accounts across multiple platforms and maintain customer master data
Conduct credit checks with reference agencies and perform continual credit monitoring
Assist in developing metrics to measure onboarding success

The position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days in the office and two days remote after completion of training.
Experience in multi‑site or location‑based customer or credit support
Proficiency with accounting software systems
Effective prioritization skills and ability to influence operations
Demonstrated problem‑resolution abilities
Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of cash collection and credit risk processes
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation
Ability to remain calm under deadlines and multiple priorities
Availability to work in the office three days per week
Experience reading and providing recommendations based on credit reports
Microsoft D365 experience
