  • Distributing and maintain necessary project documents. Ensure these documents are distributed to project teams, keep database maintained with incoming documents and store in appropriate Egnyte folder.
  • Adhere to company policies and rules.
  • Partner with project management teams to develop and maintain accurate project budgets and projections.
  • Lead compliance efforts for MBE/WBE/SBE requirements and serve as the project's primary point of contact for related reporting and coordination.
  • Perform monthly cost rollouts, audits, and financial reporting to track project performance.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and perform work practices that are safe.
  • Oversee project documentation and records management, ensuring all financial and contractual records are properly maintained in Egnyte.
  • Maintain detailed financial and vendor logs, update project forecasts, and support re-estimation efforts.
  • Support material tracking and inventory control for shop-stored materials and vendor-managed items.
  • Archiving documents when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit monthly billings ensuring alignment with contract terms and client requirements.
  • Oversee all aspects of project financial controls, including cost tracking, forecasting, billing, and variance analysis.
  • Project Closeout - ensure the following tasks are completed in accordance with project requirements.
  • Assist with audit preparation, insurance certifications, bond reconciliation, and other compliance-related activities during project execution and closeout.

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, engineering, construction management or related field.
  • Five to eight years of experience in construction or engineering project environments, with a focus on financial controls billings, and compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex contracts and financial data.
  • Insurance certification
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting principles, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Comfortable working in an independent, fast-paced environment where initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving drive success more than formal processes.
