Support General Counsel by providing other tasks, as requested, such as compliance; international agreements; insurance issues; and social media
Assist with the creation, organization and maintenance of corporate records, including resolutions
Work with Vice Presidents and employees, at all levels, to filter legal issues.

Manage pre-claims litigation, including the management of relationships with outside counsel.
Assist with drafting and conducting basic review of contracts, including Consultant agreements, AIA agreements, Prime Consultant agreements, NDAs and other related agreements and legal documents

Assist with the firm’s Risk Management Process, including internally and with insurance carriers and brokers
Perform legal research.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes and correspondence.
Draft, review and negotiate contracts, including prime agreements, Prime Consultant agreements, NDAs and other related agreements and legal documents.
Support General Counsel by providing other support services, as requested; risk management; international agreements; insurance issues; social media and other issues, as the arise.

Prior experience in a business-oriented law firm, in-house legal department, or construction/engineering or architectural industry is required
Litigation and contract review/negotiation experience a plus
Detail-oriented with an ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent and thorough investigation skills are important to you
Ability to follow directions and ask clarifying questions but also work independently, without significant direct supervision and handle multiple priorities
