  • Assister le secrétaire général dans la gestion de tous les dossiers de l'entreprise;
  • Préparer et compléter des contrats à partir de modèles de la société en matière immobilière, commerciale et transactionnelle. Développer et aider au maintien et à la mise à jour des modèles utilisés par la société;
  • Gérer et maintenir à jour la banque de données des contrats et des documents légaux de l’entreprise;
  • Exécuter des travaux de secrétariat juridique en relation avec les dossiers dont il/elle a la charge;
  • Préparer et réviser divers documents gouvernementaux ou légaux tels que, des lettres, des notes de service, des formulaires de communication et s’assurer que le contenu est factuel et respecte les politiques établies.
  • Exécuter toutes autres tâches de parajuriste / technicien(e) juridique.
  • Gérer le résumé du litige et préparer les rapports nécessaires;
  • Participer au processus d’amélioration continue du service et contribuer à en augmenter l’efficacité organisationnelle;
  • Élaborer et gérer le tableau de bord de gestion contractuelle afin de coordonner le suivi des contrats;

  • 8 à 12 ans dans des fonctions similaires.
  • Soutenir la gestion du portefeuille d'assurances et la gestion des sinistres;
  • Connaissance de Word, Excel et Power Point;
  • Gérer le budget du service juridique;
  • Maîtriser parfaitement le français et l’anglais.
  • Tenir de façon rigoureuse les dossiers et/ou correspondances électroniques et physiques.
  • Faire preuve de rigueur et d’un grand souci du détail;
  • D.E.C. en techniques juridiques;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets dans des délais serrés;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante;
