- Strategic Planning & Problem Solving: Plans work to meet customer commitments, manages budgets, resolves complex technical and HR issues, and drives cost-effective utilization of staff and equipment through innovative approaches.
- Operations & Continuous Improvement: Identifies and resolves production deficiencies and critical line issues, recommends equipment and facility upgrades, and implements performance improvement initiatives.
- Production & Resource Management: Oversees resource allocation, production scheduling, and execution to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets while optimizing capacity and minimizing delays in inventory and subassembly processes.
- Leadership & Team Development: Ensures proper staffing, training, and development of team members, manages employee performance, and fosters a safe, zero-incident work culture in collaboration with HR and EHS.

- Knowledge of supply chain insourcing and outsourcing decisions and process
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced understanding of excel and other database tools

- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience or High School Diploma and 12 years of related experience
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
- Strong ERP experience (SAP).
