Tasks

Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular toolbox talks to ensure a safe work environment. Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and local electrical codes. The Electrical Foreman will oversee and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities in an industrial environment (manufacturing, water/wastewater, energy, or heavy process facilities). This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications. Train and mentor junior electricians on safety practices, technical skills, and quality standards. Plan, assign, and monitor daily work activities including installation of MCCs, switchgear, VFDs, PLC panels, and industrial lighting systems. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and workforce hours. Interpret and review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, P&IDs, and wiring schematics. Supervise and lead a team of electricians and technicians in industrial electrical projects. Oversee commissioning and troubleshooting of industrial control systems, SCADA, and automation equipment. What You Bring

Journeyman or Master Electrician license strongly preferred. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Minimum 5-7 years of industrial electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role. Experience with PLC/SCADA systems, instrumentation, and automation in industrial settings. High school diploma or technical certification required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology preferred.
