Work with Quality Control Specialists to track nonconformances and corrective actions.
Monitor data in Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) to ensure timely and accurate entries.
Verify compliance with Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) and Army transportation policies.
Support audits, inspections, and government reporting requirements with accurate data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Site Manager, COR (Contracting Officer’s Representative), and QA staff.
Contribute to development of site SOPs, checklists, and training materials.
Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data related to equipment receipt, inspection, inventory, and turn-in.
Develop and recommend corrective actions to improve compliance and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Army regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and contract standards.
Validate accuracy of property records, condition codes, and turn-in documentation (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200).
Recommend improvements to reduce delays, optimize routes, and enhance transportation efficiency.
Analyze transportation data to support equipment movement planning, convoy schedules, and cargo documentation.
Identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in supply, accountability, and transportation workflows.
Assist in resolving discrepancies in property accountability and inventory reconciliation.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as processing times, inventory accuracy, loss/damage rates, and compliance metrics.
Support implementation of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives at the site.
Provide analytical support for ISO 9001:2015 compliance and performance monitoring.

Must have a valid driver's license w/the state of Texas and proof of vehicle insurance.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Equivalent military logistics experience accepted.
Army supply and property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1).
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and presentations.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management principles.
Experience with U.S. Army contractor or military supply/turn-in site preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with Army officials, contractors, and QA staff.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts), Access, or other analytical tools.
3-5 years in logistics, supply chain, or Army property accountability operations.
Must have a Real ID.
