Coordinate export orders and container movements for New Zealand customers; manage internal commercial installation orders and liaise with customers, distributors, warehouses, purchasing, and freight partners.
Develop and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports across states, distributors, and product categories.
Issue invoices, process credits, prepare account statements, and monitor monthly billing reports for central billing customers.
Contribute directly to key commercial functions and overall business performance.
Support customer service and sales teams with troubleshooting on orders, lead times, logistics issues, and related enquiries.
Maintain and manage CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness, including user access administration and report creation.
Provide general administrative support to the commercial team as required.
Build reporting systems and work closely with state sales managers on budget monitoring and performance tracking.
Identify critical supply shortages or overstock (SLOB) items and provide feedback for demand planning and forecasting.

Strongly preferred experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
