In this role you will provide high‑quality project and programme management across the entire project lifecycle, advising clients on cost, programme, risks and issues. You will lead multi‑disciplinary professional teams, manage communications and relationships with clients and stakeholders, and produce monthly reports that include schedules and risk registers. You will also implement effective communication tools, develop delivery plans, challenge the status quo, and constantly pursue performance improvement in changing environments.
We are looking for candidates who hold or are working towards chartership with APM, RICS or a similar body. Desired experience includes rail sector work, adoption of best‑practice project management techniques, and a strong understanding of pre‑ and post‑contract responsibilities. Significant experience with the NEC suite of contracts is required, and NEC accreditation is preferred. You must be able to manage a project throughout its full lifecycle.
This role may require UK security clearance, with the vetting process handled by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and a requirement for at least five years of UK residency.
