In this role, the manager will develop, execute and manage financing strategies that support Lendlease’s Development projects across Australia, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external financiers to optimise financial outcomes within governance frameworks, and will also contribute to the direction, performance and culture of the broader Treasury team.
The position involves developing debt financing and risk‑management plans, leading the execution of financing transactions, preparing materials for financiers, supporting legal, finance, tax and project delivery teams, maintaining key banking relationships, building strong internal collaborations and contributing to Treasury initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Develop debt financing and financial risk management plans for Development Australia projects.

The Treasury team is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to support the Development Australia business with funding strategy, financial risk management, and key financing activities for major development projects.
Candidates should hold qualifications in economics, finance, commerce or finance law, with postgraduate studies such as an MBA or Master of Applied Finance highly regarded, and possess strong corporate treasury or banking experience in the real‑estate sector, proven capability in leading debt financing transactions, extensive market relationships, and excellent negotiation, influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hold qualifications in economics, finance, commerce or finance law; MBA or Master of Applied Finance preferred.
- Possess strong corporate treasury or banking experience in the real‑estate sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute debt financing transactions.
- Established market relationships and a professional network.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
