Translate business requirements into product-specific designs and configuration, detailed requirement specifications and use cases
Assumes responsibility for knowing and maintaining established hospital and departmental objectives, policies/procedures including general sanitation, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Deliver functional specifications, design documents, business process workflow and related documentation for new development projects and/or enhancement and modification requests to be used by end users
Build and maintain business unit interfaces, extracts and SFTP transfers
Interact with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests
Coordinates people involved in IS process to ensure desired results are accomplished
Support assigned business departments (Revenue Cycle, Finance, HIM etc) with dictionary build, maintenance, testing and support
Participates in performance activities including problem identification, data collection, solution selection, implementation and evaluation. Also assists in the care and maintenance of departmental equipment and supplies as appropriate.
Participates in staff meetings and other in-services, meetings or committees as required.
Provides accurate and timely information and appropriate notification as required

4 years of experience working with Microsoft Enterprise products.
