The Senior Facilities Coordinator is responsible for day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of assigned facilities, ensuring janitorial, engineering, life‑safety and site services meet Cushman & Wakefield policies and client requirements. The role supports contract management, budgeting, compliance, vendor coordination and reporting, while maintaining safety and operational efficiency under the Facility Manager’s direction.
The incumbent ensures daily operations of the facility(s) or campus—including janitorial, life‑safety, engineering, site services and general maintenance—are executed in line with C&W policies and client directives. They review and bid contracts, supervise interior and exterior maintenance programs, respond promptly to occupant requests, and oversee ongoing contract programs. They compile and maintain site‑specific documentation such as property manuals, compliance logs, insurance certificates and performance reports.
The coordinator prepares budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures and purchase orders, and assists in capital budgeting and five‑year maintenance plans. They collect, analyze and report statistical data to assess facility management objectives, and ensure tenants and vendors comply with insurance requirements while coordinating claims.
A bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or a related field is required, along with 3‑5 years of relevant experience in commercial or industrial real‑estate facility management. Preferred experience includes maintenance, construction, engineering, CMMS/Work Order Management, and certifications such as CFM, IFMA or BOMA. The candidate must read construction specifications, understand contract language, manage building systems, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems (Yardi a plus).

Employees benefit from flexible, technology‑driven work environments, continuous learning opportunities and a comprehensive benefits program.
