  • Contribute to planning meetings and progress reviews with project managers and clients
  • Produce and maintain accurate site records and reports
  • Build relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to support effective project delivery
  • Develop an understanding of commercial processes and cost control
  • Support the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
  • Help manage site logistics, temporary works, and sequencing of activities
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are completed safely and on programme
  • Monitor quality standards, health & safety compliance and environmental performance

This role will be based in the Swansea region, where you’ll work within our Regional Building and South Wales team. Flexibility to travel across project sites in the region will be required as part of your development.

  • A full UK driving licence (or working towards by the time you start)
  • A degree (or expected in 2026) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline (2:1 or above)
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Previous site or construction-related experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Support towards professional accreditation (CIOB, ICE or equivalent)
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges
  • A practical mindset with attention to detail and quality
