• Direct the department with substantial experience on UK projects

• 15 - 20 years experience in civil engineering projects
• Expertise in business development, frameworks, and client engagement within the UK market.
• Commercial awareness and experience in contract forms.
• Preferably endorsed as CRE (Civils/Structures) for Network Rail projects.
• In-depth knowledge of UK industry standards, including Network Rail GRIP/PGS, RIBA, CDM Regulations, Eurocodes, and BS/EN.
• specialist in rail and bridge projects
• Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or MIStructE) status.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure design at a senior level, with a proven track record in management roles.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and technical skills
• Familiarity with BIM, digital engineering tools, and sustainability practices in infrastructure delivery.
