Perform daily weekly and monthly safety inspections as required
Employee is responsible to understand and follow all Company Policies and Rules.
Employee is responsible to perform the above mentioned, and any other tasks assigned to them in a safe manner and in accordance with our Health & Safety Policies, JHA’s & SWP’s.
Prepare “Ship Loose box” and ensure it is placed in units
Maintaining a clean and organized area, including proper disposal of waste
Perform quality checks, inspect before and after wrapping to ensure standards are met
Operate and monitor shrink wrap equipment to ensure units are wrapped securely
Assist in preparing units for shrink wrap including but not limited to installing bird screens, access panels, gates and cardboards, labels and ladders
Accurately maintain inventories for all parts needed for the unit
Make the sub-assemblies required in a timely manner to allow for efficient installation in units
Prepare shrink wrap and tape and maintain the inventory of each

Must exhibit safe work practices.
Previous experience in manufacturing environment an asset
Must demonstrate organizational skills and be able to work independently.
Must be willing to work in other areas of our facility as required.
Comfortable working in loud environments (hearing protection required).
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to use various hand & power tools (drills, grinders, chop saws, band saws, measuring tape, etc.).
Safely and proficiently use various power tools such as a drill, impact gun, grinder, and rivet gun.
Grade 12 education or equivalent
Must be able work OT on weekdays and weekends when required.
Steel toed boots (CSA Approved 6’ in height or greater) required.
Must be able to communicate effectively with Co-Workers, Team Leads, Supervisors, Engineering, Quality and Health & Safety.
