The position reports to the Factory Quality Manager and works closely with operations, continuous improvement (CI) managers, and CI subject‑matter experts across Schneider locations. It is responsible for planning, leading, defining, developing, reviewing, and auditing strategic activities that drive continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to established company standards. The role manages process improvement efforts, baseline current processes, set short‑ and long‑term targets, and oversee projects aligned with the Schneider Performance System principles.
This full‑time U.S. position offers a compensation range of $96,000 to $144,000 per year, including base pay and a short‑term incentive. Pay within the range is set based on performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
